DESCRIPTION

Anaplasis Gym was established in Limassol in 1993 by George Charalambous. During the first 5 years of its existence, the gym operated in a small underground space of 200 square metres, in the Linopetra area. As time passed, George saw the need for the fitness centre to grow. For that reason, in 1999 the business was moved to a 1000 sqm space in the Enaerios area, next to the magnificent Limassol beachfront, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, where it is still located.

After 24 years of operation, Anaplasis Gym Limassol continues to grow, having become one of the most established and well-known gyms in Cyprus. The success of the gym stems not only from its great location and instructors’ personal service, but also from the commitment to ensuring that the fitness equipment is always state of the art.

Over the years, Anaplasis Gym has been adapted and redesigned to meet the growing demands. It has fully equipped changing rooms, complete with showers, lockers and hair dryers, making it easier for members to exercise either before or after work, or even during their breaks. The gym has a completely redesigned Aerobic hall where the group classes (Les Mills™) take place six days a week.

At Anaplasis Gym we provide the most comprehensive and reasonably priced membership packages on the market, since both gym training & group classes are included. Free use of the sauna is available to all our members once a week.
